Key function: Production company for children´s, youth and family films
Filmbin is dedicated to make films for kids and youngsters. We are based in Lillehammer, Norway and consists of three owners and co-workers; producer Nicholas Sando, director Christian Lo and editor/scriptwriter Arild Tryggestad. Filmbin has produced Christian Lo's three original and award winning live-action feature films; RAFIKI (Bestevenner, 2009), THE TOUGH GUYS (De tøffeste gutta, 2013) and LOS BANDO in 2018. We have also produced several award-winning children’s short films as well as co- produced 3 features and a TV series.
In addition to develop and produce our own projects we also do production services for external production as well as co- productions. Nicholas Sando has also line produced external projects like "Dancing Queen in Hollywood" (2024), "There's Something in the Barn" (2023), Twigson and the Sea Monster (2020) as well as produced the TV series "Helium" for Fabelaktiv in 2018. Our editor also work on external projects, both features and cooperate films.
